Geisha Designs is expanding its global buyer network, and we're looking for an organized, articulate, and detail-focused professional to support international and domestic wholesale operations. If you're passionate about fashion, communication, and relationship management--this is a rare opportunity to learn from inside a luxury atelier.

What You'll Do

Support communication with global boutique buyers, showrooms, and platforms. Share lookbooks, line sheets, price lists, and product details professionally. Prepare order forms, SKU sheets, and delivery trackers. Coordinate internally with merchandising, production, and logistics. Assist with basic export/shipping documentation and courier tracking. Organize racks, samples, and appointment materials during showroom seasons. Maintain buyer databases, communication logs, and weekly reports. Follow up on approvals, confirmations, and delivery timelines.
What We're Looking For

Excellent written & spoken English Strong organization and follow-through skills Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets Polished email etiquette Deadline-oriented mindset
Nice to have (not mandatory):

Experience in fashion merchandising, B2B, wholesale, or e-commerce Basic understanding of SKUs/style codes
