Part Localization
Component Development
Commercial Costing & negotiations
Project Management
New Technology (Safety /Regulation/Cafe/EV) part handling
Identification of alternate vendors in India and Other countries (except China)
Feasibility study with the vendors on development timelines, commercial settlements, Discussion with SMC / MSIL EN for approvals and validation etc.
Alignment with Tier-1 vendors based on the feasibility.
Development Kick-off with vendors and approvals
