Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Commodity Management - Developing Sourcing Strategies, Supplier Selection & Assessment, Commercial settlement (Sheet Metal Components - Press & Welded Parts like Brackets, Fuel Tank, Oil Sump,Chasis, Panels, Fenders,Sash, CCB, Runchannels,FootStep, K Frame, Hot Stamping Part, Long Member Assys, Cross Members), Capex/investment settlement of FTG.

If Additional knowledge / experience in painting like CED, Top Coat, powder coating for the sheet metal parts is also prefered
2) Managing Total Cost of ownership through Cost Negotiated Saving & Value Engineering
3) Material cost Containment
4) Supplier Risk Management & Mitigation (Associated with commodity, conversion, fire & safety etc)
5) Capacity planning, Setting up structural review & de-bottleneck issues
6) Benchmarking for Technology & cost
7) Data Analytics & leverage technology for effective analysis
8) Financial Analysis - Suppliers Assesment
