What Were Looking For
Were seeking a Buy-Side Development Manager to help lead our acquisition engine from sourcing and assessing deals to integrating companies into our ecosystem. This role blends strategy, execution, and empathy: youll identify high-potential ventures, lead smart deal structures, and ensure seamless transitions post-acquisition. If you thrive in unstructured environments, love building from scratch, and get energy from both analysis and relationships, this is for you. You wont love this role if you:
Need strict structure, process, or step-by-step direction.
View acquisitions only as financial transactions rather than growth partnerships.
Feel uncomfortable with ambiguity, pivots, or wearing multiple hats.

+ Get grounded in the business and start building momentum. Define acquisition targets and priority criteria. Meet with brokers, sellers, and other market contacts to begin sourcing opportunities. Establish a simple but clear system for tracking and reporting pipeline data including deal stages, meetings, and key metrics.
Outcome 2 (First 30 Days):
+ Move from exploration to action. Build early momentum by issuing the first
Letters of Intent (LOIs)
