: Wanted - Cluster & Territory Manager

are looking for an experienced and organized Cluster & Territory Manager ( 20+Retail chain stores in Chennai & Rest of TamilNadu ) to manage our Store & Team. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve the efficiency and productivity of the cluster

Job Responsibilities Include:

Organizing and monitoring the daily activities in the assigned cluster Developing plans to increase profits in the cluster Good With Excel & Reports Analyzing customer feedback and reports to identify areas for improvement Developing strategies to increase sales and efficiency Analyzing and understanding performance of each location in the cluster Coordinating and delegating tasks between stores Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures Motivating and managing employees for optimal performance

Requirements and Skills

:

Any degree

in relevant field

Extensive experience

in retail management, including overseeing multiple locations.

Excellent communication

and team-building skills.

Flexibility to trave

l frequently between store.
Experience:

Total work: Min 5 years (Required) Store management: Min 5 year (Required)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
