Attend to the needs of the senior management, visitors, and guests with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Serve beverages, meals, and refreshments in the office or residence as required.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of meeting areas, pantry, and guest rooms.
Handle routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document delivery.
Support administrative operations including courier management, stationery control, and office maintenance.
Coordinate internal meetings, arrange refreshments, and ensure the office environment is well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain
daily cleanliness
of rooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Perform
deep cleaning
, dusting, polishing, and sanitization as required
Manage
laundry services
including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe care
Ensure
proper bed making
and linen replacement
Supervise and coordinate with
housekeeping staff
(if applicable)
Handle
guest room preparation
and VIP arrangements
Maintain
household supplies inventory
and request replenishments
Ensure care of
furniture, decor, silverware, and valuable items
Follow
hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Assist with
basic food & beverage service
when required
Maintain
confidentiality and discretion
at all times
Report maintenance issues to management or property owner
