Role Overview

We are seeking a polished, highly discreet, and service-focused Butler to support daily household and hospitality operations for a UHNI family in Juhu, Mumbai. The candidate must exhibit exceptional professionalism, grooming, and attention to detail at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized butler service to the principal and family members Coordinate meal timings, table set-ups, and dining service with the kitchen team Guest handling -- welcoming, seating, serving, and hospitality coordination Wardrobe assistance: organizing, ironing, packing/unpacking when required Maintain top-tier housekeeping standards in coordination with the home staff Manage household supplies, inventories & vendor coordination Handle household errands, courier handling, and day-to-day support tasks Work closely with drivers, chefs, security & housekeeping staff for smooth operations Maintain high confidentiality and a proactive service attitude

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant experience handling UHNI households or in luxury hospitality Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi/Hinglish) Smart appearance, strong etiquette & guest service orientation Ability to multitask and respond to dynamic household needs Flexible to extend hours if required (weekends on request) Trustworthy, disciplined & professional conduct
