About the Role
We are looking for a polished, attentive, and service-driven
Butler
to deliver personalized hospitality services at our luxury clinical wellness retreat. The ideal candidate will anticipate guest needs, ensure seamless coordination across departments, and create an exceptional, discreet, and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized Butler service with a focus on comfort, privacy, and attention to detail.
Manage guest arrivals, check-ins, room orientation, and daily service routines.
Coordinate closely with housekeeping, F&B, wellness, and concierge teams to meet all guest preferences and schedules.
Assist guests with dining arrangements, room service, wellness program coordination, and bespoke requests.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and service etiquette in guest rooms and assigned areas.
Address guest feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolutions.
Handle luggage assistance, packing/unpacking, laundry coordination, and other personal service tasks.
Uphold luxury hospitality, wellness standards, and property SOPs.
Support VIP handling, special events, and curated retreat experiences.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Butler or in Guest Relations/Front-of-House within luxury hospitality.
Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private residences, or wellness retreats is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling abilities.
Excellent grooming, etiquette, and service mindset.
Ability to multitask and maintain discretion at all times.
Open to both male and female candidates.
Willingness to work in a
live-in
position at the retreat.
