Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to hotel guests
- Assist guests with their needs and requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays as needed
