Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized service to the family members, ensuring their comfort, privacy, and

needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Greet guests, manage their arrival and departure, and ensure that all their needs are

attended to during their stay.

Coordinate the daily schedule for the family, including meal times, appointments, and

any personal errands.

Serve meals, drinks, and snacks to the family and guests, ensuring that service is always

impeccable and discreet.

Handle household errands such as shopping, laundry, dry cleaning, and other personal

tasks as required.

Ensure that the villa is always presentable, tidying rooms, arranging personal items, and

managing laundry services.

Assist with organizing and overseeing private events, family gatherings, or guest visits,

ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Monitor the security of the villa, ensuring the property and its residents are safe and

secure at all times.

Manage household supplies, including groceries and other personal items for the family,

and ensure timely replenishment.

Handle any special requests from family members, including travel arrangements,

scheduling, or other personal services.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience as a Butler or in a similar hospitality service role, preferably in a high-end

villa or private household.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality and providing high-level personalized service

is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with family

members, guests, and other staff.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask

effectively.

Ability to work independently, remain discreet, and handle confidential matters with

professionalism.

Positive, friendly, and proactive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional service at

all times.

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the varying needs of the family
