Job Summary:
The Butler is responsible for overseeing the household operations and providing personalized service to the household members and guests. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Service: Provide exceptional service to household members and guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort.
• Household Management: Oversee daily household operations, including coordinating household staff, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of the household.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute private events and gatherings, including organizing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Food and Beverage Service: Manage dining services, including setting tables, serving meals and beverages, and overseeing kitchen staff.
• Household Inventory: Maintain household inventory, including pantry supplies, linens, and other essentials. Conduct regular audits and manage restocking as needed.
• Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
• Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel arrangements for household members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Security: Ensure the security and safety of the household, including managing access to the property and overseeing security measures.
• Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding household matters and personal information.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a private household, luxury hotel, or similar setting.
• Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of formal dining etiquette and household management.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities with ease.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and household management software.
• Certifications: Certification from a recognized butler school is an advantage.
