Job Title : Butcher
Location: Cambay Tiger, Shop No. 1, Krishna Bhavan, P D'Mello Rd, Victoria Docks, Mumbai Port Trust, Mazgaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400009

Cutting, cleaning, deboning, and portioning meat (fish, chicken, and mutton) Ensuring product quality, freshness, and proper storage Handling cutting tools safely and maintaining workstation hygiene Following food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines Assisting customers with specific cutting or preparation requests

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in butchery (fish, chicken, and mutton) Strong knowledge of meat cuts and cutting techniques Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and customer-service orientation Physically fit and able to handle long working hours
Pay Range : 15,000 - 25,000/- per month
