Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat & fish to required standards
Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the work area
Assisting in daily purchasing and stock management
Maintaining quality and freshness of products
Requirements:
Previous experience as a butcher preferred
Good knowledge of meat and fish cuts
Ability to maintain hygiene standards
Hardworking and responsible
Salary: Attractive package for the right candidate
