Job Description

Business Growth:

Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new markets, prospects, and revenue streams for security manpower and solutions.

Client Acquisition:

Prospect, cold-call, network, and generate leads through various channels (digital, events) to build a strong pipeline.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, stakeholders, and potential partners.

Sales & Proposals:

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and competitive pricing for manned guarding, electronic security, and integrated solutions.

Negotiation:

Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to company guidelines.

Market Expertise:

Stay updated on security industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant laws/regulations.

Collaboration:

Work with sales, operations, and design teams to align strategies and meet client needs.

Reporting:

Track sales performance, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
