Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
Minimum
6+ years of experience
in Business Development / Sales (Solar Industry experience mandatory).
Strong understanding of solar projects, products, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team when required.
