Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and approach potential clients, investors, and channel partners. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities. Handle client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations. Prepare sales proposals and close deals efficiently. Monitor market competition and suggest business improvement strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
