Business Development Manager

who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Develop and maintain strong client relationships Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions Achieve monthly sales targets Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate deals Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain CRM and document all communication

Required Skills



Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong negotiation and convincing abilities Ability to build long-term client relationships Knowledge of sales strategies and lead generation Basic understanding of IT services / software industry (preferred) Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven

Good to Have



Experience in International or Domestic sales Knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email marketing Understanding of business proposals & pricing
