Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching services/products, and managing the client onboarding process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Acquire new clients, build long-term business relationships, and manage end-to-end onboarding.
Understand client requirements, pitch suitable products/services, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Strong expertise in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, and Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and meet targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
Immediate joining is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
