We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development professional with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms
Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to pitch products/services
Manage the complete client onboarding process from initiation to closure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client communication in CRM tools
Requirements
:
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools
Self-driven and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Age Limit: Below 35 years
