Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to lead and execute our hospital's marketing activities. The role involves managing both digital and offline campaigns, strengthening the hospital brand, driving patient footfall, and supporting overall hospital growth. The candidate should be able to think strategically, execute plans effectively, and manage a small marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services (Cataract, Retina, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Oculoplastics, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with referral doctors, clinics, and community groups.
Coordinate patient awareness programs, eye camps, and community outreach events.
Manage hospital branding activities (banners, posters, brochures, social media promotions).
Support digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with the digital team/agency.
Track and report marketing performance, patient inflow from campaigns, and ROI.
Collect patient feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Ensure all marketing activities reflect the hospital's values of trust, ethical care, and hospitality.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Healthcare Management or related field.
1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing (preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
Knowledge of local market and ability to connect with community networks.
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, social media handling).
Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities.
