Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead our sales initiatives, drive growth, and expand our client base across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain (web development, mobile apps, digital solutions, etc.)
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and client engagement
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate deals with prospective clients
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and conferences
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry
Proven track record of lead generation, deal closure, and client relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of IT services including web/mobile development and digital technologies
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
