Conduct seminars and college visits for student outreach
Develop and manage institutional tie-ups with colleges and universities
Promote aviation training programs and courses
Handle business development and partnership activities
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams
Achieve assigned targets and support brand growth
Graduation in any stream
1-3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) or in business development, sales, or education sector preferred
Experience in seminar handling and college visits will be an added advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel for seminars and college visits
