Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Business Development Manager

for our cosmetics import and export company. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in establishing and expanding both online and offline markets, managing import-export operations, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent market insights and a proven track record in the cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, develop, and execute business opportunities for imported and exported cosmetic products. Establish and grow the brand presence in both

online and offline markets

. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to formulate growth strategies. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for new product launches. Manage end-to-end

import-export operations

, including documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination. Coordinate with the production, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and market penetration. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business events to represent the company and generate leads. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with business partners. Mentor and guide junior team members in business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications



5 - 7 years of experience

in business development, preferably in the cosmetics import-export industry. Strong knowledge of

cosmetic product market

, including online and offline sales channels. Proven track record of establishing and growing products in new markets. Understanding of

import-export regulations

, documentation, and compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and drive business growth. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms. Based in a metro city with willingness to operate from

Raipur head office

Experience in working with

international cosmetic brands
