Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Business Development Manager

to lead and expand our client base in the

Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors

. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets across assigned sectors (Banking, Insurance, Real Estate). Identify, approach, and convert high-value clients, investors, and channel partners. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, corporate partners, and financial institutions. Generate leads through networking, industry events, digital platforms, and referrals. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities. Prepare and present business proposals, investment plans, and client reports. Manage a team of business associates/executives, providing guidance and mentoring. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and investor engagement. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities. Proven experience in

Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate

business development. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines. Leadership qualities with team management experience. Strategic thinking and client relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred in Sales/Marketing/Finance). Minimum

4-8 years of proven experience

in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (Banking/Insurance/Real Estate). Strong market knowledge and established network in the respective industries.
