Business Development Manager - Bancassurance SBI Channel

About the Role:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) in the Bancassurance Channel is responsible for driving general insurance sales through SBI bank branches. The role focuses on achieving business targets, managing partner relationships, and supporting bank staff in promoting SBI General Insurance products across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales and premium targets through the bancassurance channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Drive product sales (motor, health, fire, travel, personal accident, etc.) through bank partners.
Conduct regular product and sales training for bank employees.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Provide after-sales support and assist in claim coordination.
Prepare and share regular MIS/reports on sales and branch performance.
Qualifications:
3 Year Regular Graduate
1 year experience in insurance/Financial Sectors
Knowledge of general insurance products and banking operations.
