We are a creative wedding photography & films company that specializes in documenting timeless stories. We are looking for a proactive

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to expand our client base and build strong industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation (Primary Role):

Actively identify and pursue potential clients for wedding photography & films. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

PR & Relationship Building:

Develop strong connections with

wedding venues, planners, hotels, and other industry partners

to secure steady lead inflow. Represent the brand at wedding expos, fairs, and networking events.

Sales & Client Engagement:

Confidently present photography & film services to potential clients. Handle inquiries, proposals, pricing negotiations, and deal closures.

Market Development:

Research and identify new business opportunities in the wedding ecosystem. Collaborate with the creative & marketing teams to design outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

Graduate, ideally from

Hotel Management, Event Management, or Media/Photography background.

3+ years of experience

in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations in weddings/events/hospitality. Strong network in the

wedding and hospitality industry

is highly preferred. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Highly proactive, target-driven, and passionate about the wedding industry.

Key Skills Required

Good communication--written and spoken Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM or any CRM software Confident in Google Slides, Canva, and simple Excel tracking Attention to detail and habit of pre-checking every document Comfortable speaking with clients and listening actively
Note:- Need a candidate who can join immediately and have personal laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
