Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Proactively identify new market opportunities through networking, cold calling, social selling (LinkedIn), and industry research.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects; nurture relationships from initial contact to contract signing.

Pitching & Presentations:

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos that clearly articulate our product/service value.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with leadership to define sales targets and develop strategies for entering new territories or verticals.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to provide feedback to the product team.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer data in [e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot].

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in the Finance or banking sector).

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.

Resilience:

A "hunter" mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Adaptability:

Ability to pivot strategies in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
