Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and basic research activities.
Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-up updates.
Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team for client requirements.
Answer client queries professionally and clearly.
Participate in basic sales activities and support business growth.
Assist in other office tasks related to BD and communication.
Required Skills
Good communication skills.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Basic understanding of digital marketing (training can be provided).
Confident, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle calls and follow-up professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Experience:
Fresher / 0-1 Year (Students pursuing graduation may also apply)
