Job Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing our client base and driving business opportunities.
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, online platforms, and networking
Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements
Regular client follow-ups and relationship management
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Coordinate with the internal design/project team to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong experience in cold calling & lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in client handling, follow-ups, and negotiations
Ability to understand client needs and convert leads into projects
Good coordination and project management skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
