We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background who also has a strategic mindset to expand market presence and explore untapped growth channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Leads generated on Social media, Indiamart, website, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets or sectors.
Collaborate with management to identify potential partnerships or expansion opportunities.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to suit their business needs.
Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.
Stay informed about pricing, promotions, and industry developments.
Reporting & CRM:
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance) for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Share knowledge, market feedback, and successful strategies with team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
