Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our institutional sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with schools, colleges, and organizations through online research, lead engagement, and relationship management.
You will work closely with our on-field representatives to convert qualified leads into long-term clients. This is a full-time in-office role focused on communication, negotiation, and conversion -- no field visits required.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential institutional and corporate clients through LinkedIn, Google, and verified directories.
Build and maintain a structured database of schools, colleges, and companies.
Engage with decision-makers (Principals, HR Heads, Directors) through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to showcase Vtalix programs.
Collaborate with the field team to follow up on leads generated through offline outreach.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure smooth onboarding and closure of deals.
Track all communication and progress in CRM or structured spreadsheets.
Coordinate internally to plan wellness events, seminars, and onboarding activities for clients.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Institutional Sales.
Strong understanding of lead generation, client pitching, and online sales conversion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong research skills to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.
Experience working with CRM tools and outreach platforms (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp).
Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Skills
Background in SaaS, EdTech, HR Solutions, or Healthcare Services is an advantage.
Experience handling institutional or B2B partnerships.
Familiarity with online sales automation and email sequencing tools.

Compensation
