We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
Generate qualified leads and follow up on incoming inquiries.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions/services.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present products/services.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the internal team to meet client expectations and ensure smooth delivery.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain CRM and update activity reports on a regular basis.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the industry and competitors.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
