Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our institutional outreach and partnerships with colleges/universities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for education, a proven track record in institutional collaborations, and exceptional negotiation skills to drive our brand visibility and market penetration through effective BTL (Below the Line) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and schools.
- Appoint and manage campus ambassadors to increase brand presence.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with decision-makers (placement cells, directors, principals).
- Ensure weekly/monthly reporting
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred (but not mandatory for fresher) : Experience working with placement cells, training & development teams. And knowledge of the regional education ecosystem.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
