As a Business development executive at Nvron, your role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining strong relationships between our manufacturing unit and our valued clients in the pharmaceutical industry. This position requires a unique blend of interpersonal, research, and analytical skills to facilitate communication effectively and ensure that our clients' needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Interacting with Doctors and Pharma Companies to know their needs in drug manufacturing
2)Schedule Meetings with doctors and pharma companies
3)Conducting extensive market research
4)Explore possible business strategies to enhance the market presence across the globe
5)Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the company's resources to meet the demands of various clients. This involves collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure that client expectations are consistently met.
Requirements
1)Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
2)Proficiency in conducting thorough market research and analyzing data.
3)In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and an ability to stay current with industry trends and regulations.
4)Strategic thinking and the ability to create actionable business strategies.
5)Exceptional organizational skills to manage meetings, timelines, and resources efficiently.
6)A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
7)Fluency in English is mandatory and Hindi is preferred
8) Advance level of proficiency in using Microsoft packages( Excel, Word etc.) is Mandatory.
