The B2B candidate is responsible for handling communication and operations between the company and other businesses (clients, distributors, or wholesale buyers). This includes managing customer interactions, maintaining the online store, and ensuring smooth business transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to messages from business clients across platforms (email, chat, social media, etc.).
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
Order & Inquiry Handling: Process incoming B2B orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
