We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our agency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing and branding sector
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and market research
Present and pitch our services to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients
Client Relationship & Network Building:
Build and maintain a strong network of business contacts and potential clients
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote our agency
Organize and participate in business events to generate leads and brand visibility
Market Research & Strategy:
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Identify potential sectors and industries for business expansion
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
General Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding
Participate in team meetings and contribute to agency growth strategies
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and our service offerings
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in digital marketing/advertising/media)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
