About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Officers

to join our growing team. The role involves driving user acquisition, managing partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and expos Handle franchisee inquiries and support onboarding processes Drive direct profile acquisitions and paid subscriptions Collaborate with digital and media teams for campaign execution Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to achieve revenue goals

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of marketing campaigns launched per month Number of events and franchisee associations initiated Verified user profiles generated Subscription revenue growth Lead-to-subscription conversion rate

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (preferably in media or digital platforms) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines
