Initiate Calls

- Place verification calls to businesses using the provided contact details.

Introduce Purpose

- Clearly explain the reason for the call (business verification).

Ask Standard Questions

- Ensure all 4 verification questions (name, address, nature of business, operational status) are asked.

Validate Information

- Cross-check the responses with available records/documents.

Record Findings

- Accurately log the responses and verification status in the system.

Flag Discrepancies

- Highlight mismatched or unclear information for further review.

Ensure Professional Communication

- Maintain politeness, clarity, and neutrality during calls.

Follow-up When Needed

- Re-attempt calls or escalate cases if the business is unreachable or unverified.

Maintain Confidentiality

- Handle business data responsibly and securely.
