About the Role
The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen market presence, drive customer engagement, and ensure business growth. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to position the brand effectively, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels. The Brand Manager will also analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop, implement, and manage brand strategies and annual brand plans to achieve business goals.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct research and analyse market data, customer behaviour and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Product & Portfolio Management: Work with internal teams to manage product life cycles, launch new products, and enhance existing offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, digital, and medical affairs teams to ensure alignment of brand objectives with organizational goals.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external agencies, creative partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights on campaign performance and brand health.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Brand Advocacy: Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand credibility.
Skills required
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and campaign management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Thai.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client and HCP engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
