Drive revenue generation through OPD/IPD growth, surgical case conversions, and service line expansion
Plan and monitor monthly/annual business targets, P&L and cost controls
Lead cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, clinical coordination, and support services
Build and maintain strong doctor and stakeholder relationships
Implement business development, corporate tie-ups, and referral programs
Monitor patient experience, service quality, TAT and feedback resolution
Ensure adherence to NABH/infection control/clinical governance protocols
Present MIS, dashboards and strategic business plans to management
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA in Hospital / Healthcare Management or equivalent
7-10 years experience in Business management
