The Business Head will have overall responsibility for leading a forging and casting manufacturing facility, with full accountability for operational performance, financial results, quality standards, and workforce effectiveness. Manufacturing & Operations Leadership
Direct end-to-end plant operations, including production scheduling, sourcing, maintenance, and quality functions
Ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve productivity, delivery, and cost targets
Resolve operational challenges through structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
Financial & Performance Management
Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Track financial performance against targets and drive initiatives to improve margins and cost efficiency
Ensure disciplined capital and expense management

Build, lead, and retain a capable leadership team across functions

Candidate Profile

Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
Experience
20+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within forging and casting environments
