Qualification:

BE / B.Tech - Mechanical/ Metallurgy / Production / Automobile0

Experienc:

15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or General Management in the automotive components or industrial manufacturing industry.

2. Sales & Business Development Leadership

3. Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization

4. P&L & Financial Performance Management

5. Strategic Planning & Board Engagement

6. Leadership & Team Development

Key Qualifications & Skills:

? Strong track record in scaling sales, driving business expansion and P&L management.

? Deep understanding of automotive supply chains, OEM procurement processes and automotive trends.

? Expertise in operational excellence, lean manufacturing and Business excellence.

? Strategic thinker with the ability to drive long-term vision and execution plans.

? Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams across sales, operations and finance.

? Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience reporting to boards and senior leadership teams.

Preferred Industry Background:

? Automotive Components / OEM Suppliers

? Industrial Manufacturing (Precision Components, Springs, Fasteners, etc.)

? Engineering-Driven Product Manufacturing
