Business Unit Champ - BU Services

We are looking for a

proactive Business Unit Champ

to own and drive our

Services Portfolio

. This is

not a back-office desk job

. You will be the bridge between our

Sales team and our clients

. You will act as a specialized

pre-sales resource

who can engineer solutions, draft winning proposals, and aggressively position our

professional and managed services

in the market.

Key Responsibilities



1. Portfolio Positioning & Strategy



Master the Portfolio:

Develop a deep techno-commercial understanding of DigitalTrack's service lines, specifically

Managed Services (NOC/SOC/FMS), IT Audits & Advisory, and Consultancy

.

Go-to-Market:

Define the value proposition for our services. Translate technical features (e.g., Endpoint Security) into business benefits (e.g., Risk Mitigation & Compliance*) for CXOs.

2. Techno-Commercial Presales



Solution Engineering:

Partner with the sales team to assess client infrastructure and recommend specific service interventions (e.g., identifying a need for a

Compliance Assessment

or

Cloud Security overhaul

).

Commercial Modeling:

Construct pricing models, rate cards, and proposal estimates for service contracts. Ensure deals are competitive yet profitable.

3. Proposal & Bid Management



Proposal Creation:

Lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality

proposals, RFPs, and RFQs

. Own the

SOW, technical architecture, and commercial offer

.

Presentation:

Accompany sales leaders to client meetings to pitch proposals and defend the

technical solution and pricing rationale

.

4. Proactive Sales & Business Development



Sales Enablement:

Proactively identify white-space opportunities within existing accounts (upselling

FMS or Security Audits

).

Client Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex IT landscapes (

AI, HCI, Software Defined Storage

) and position DigitalTrack as a long-term partner.

Candidate Profile - Experience



2+ years

of experience in

Pre-Sales, Product Management, or Solution Architecture

within a

System Integrator or IT Services firm

Proven track record of managing or selling

Managed Services (NOC/SOC)

,

Infrastructure (Compute/Storage)

, or

Cybersecurity Services


Skills



Techno-Commercial Acumen:

Ability to discuss technical specs (Firewalls, HCI, Cloud Software) and pivot to commercial discussions (

ROI, TCO, OpEx vs CapEx

)

Documentation:

Strong writing skills for

SOWs, proposals, and presentations

Sales DNA:

Proactive

hunter mindset

, comfortable carrying a

quota or revenue target


Technical Knowledge (Preferred)



Familiarity with

OEM ecosystems

(Cisco, NVIDIA, Nutanix, etc.) Understanding of

Compliance & Audits

(ISO, VAPT) Knowledge of

AI/ML infrastructure

and

Cloud Security postures
