Business Transformation Office Executive - :

- The BTO executive will be involved in providing objective advice, expertise, guidance and specialist

skills with the aim of achieving the target.

- The BTO executive shall report to the MD who would be driving the improvement initiative.

- He will mainly work with the stakeholders to:

- Map current processes & control systems

- Identify gaps & areas of improvement

- Develop new/ modify existing processes/ control systems

- Drive the stakeholders to implement the agreed solutions

The BTO executive would operate on wide areas ranging from operations to logistics to sales to

services across all verticals.

Typical work activities:

- The day-to- day activities of the BTO executive would be essentially entrepreneurial in nature

and improvement project- based. Projects can vary in length depending on the kind of change

involved and the demands of the situation.

-The BTO executive should be willing to operate on improvement initiatives in different departments

depending on the status.

His deliverables would be:

- Achieve deliverables of the business objective of the company along with the stakeholders.

- Quantify the impact of issues identified

- Execute implementation plans for work streams

- Identify potential issues that would affect the deliverables of the part of improvement initiative

and resolve them along with the workstream owner.

Typical tasks involve -

The BTO executive will be doing all tasks similar to a consultant overseeing the entire operations.

- Carrying out studies on the shop floor & conducting analysis

- Running brainstorming sessions and facilitating workshops

- Preparing presentations

- Conducting training sessions

- Identifying issues from the studies/available data & guiding the team to identify the right issues

- Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions

- Ensuring the team receives the assistance needed to implement - the recommendations/ solutions

- Managing the improvement
