Job Description

Purpose
Provides thought leadership in best practices, process improvement end to end process design with a robust understanding of technology solutions and change management to lead large scale programs with Real estate business
Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Support in developing and implementing a comprehensive business transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall strategic plan. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing a roadmap for achieving the desired outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement across all functional areas in the real estate business, including development, construction, sales, marketing, property management, and finance. Develop and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Innovation: Develop and implement an innovation strategy that drives the development of new products, services, and business models. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the industry and identifying opportunities to leverage technology to drive business transformation.
  • Change Management: Lead and oversee the change management process associated with the implementation of the business transformation strategy. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive communication plan, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Data Analytics: Develop and implement a data analytics strategy that leverages data for business decisions and drive continuous improvement. This includes identifying key metrics, establishing data governance processes, and developing data visualization tools.
  • Provide updates, create presentations, and analyze data, resources, costs, savings, and provide recommendations for individual projects groups of projects.
  • Development of other members of Business Transformation team.
