About the Role Business Transformation Finance Analyst will be responsible for Data Collection, Consolidation, Gap Analysis of KPI\'s, PMO Reporting, Stakeholder Co-ordination and Project Status Tracking Your Team No Direct Reports What You Will Do Data Collection, Consolidation, Gap Analysis of KPI\'s in Finance Work in FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C finance domain Reporting, Stakeholder Co-ordination, Workshop Co-ordination Exposure project management practices & Tools Track Risks, Action Items & Dependencies across teams Drive day-to-day execution of transformation teams, right from ideation through implementation, value capture, and lessons learned. Hold the team accountable for the execution rigor and results by conducting performance reviews focusing on action/measure tracking and gap closing. Monitor and report project progress; bring data insights to drive effective decision-making and course correction. Infuse a sense of urgency and establish where to focus (Initiatives, deep dives) Ensures connectivity across the different cross-functional transformation teams to leverage best practices and knowledge sharing What You Need Overall Experience of 5-6 years, at least 4 years of work experience in Finance. FP&A, R2R, O2C, P2P Finance domain expertise. Bachelor\'s Degree, ideally in Economics, Finance, Industrial Operations Engineering, or related business management discipline Strong Fundamental Accounting experience. Good knowledge on PNL Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving A sense of urgency and an urge to create an impact and make a difference Impactful communication skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences Proficient in presentation, reporting, spreadsheets, MS Office What is Nice to Have MBA is desirable SAP exposure Lean Six Sigma certification or other improvement methodology certificate(s) What Makes You Eligible Flexible about work content, timings, and location HARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action employer.
