CTG is seeking to fill a Business Transformation Consultant opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Guide financial institutions through strategic business transformation initiatives, focusing on core banking and supply chain-related processes.
Lead optimization of back-office operations for lending, settlements, clearances, record management, compliance, and accounting.
Drive transformation efforts in internet banking, mobile banking, and branch operations.
Support the integration of third-party services (e.g., Alipay) to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Assess client needs, define requirements, and develop business transformation roadmaps that align with strategic goals.
Provide subject matter expertise on financial services processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Skills:
Strong expertise in financial services industry processes and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in core banking operations and transformation strategies.
Knowledge of digital banking technologies, including internet and mobile banking platforms.
Experience in supply chain process optimization within banking contexts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in business transformation or consulting roles within the financial services sector.
Demonstrated track record of leading successful banking transformation projects, including back-office and digital initiatives.
Experience with third-party service integrations in financial institutions.
Prior experience in change management, process redesign, and large-scale implementations preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP) preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
