CTG is seeking to fill a Business Transformation Consultant - Adobe Workfront role for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months
Duties:
Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe Workfront, with a focus on Workfront Fusion architecture and integrations.
Analyze current client business processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Design and implement customized Workfront solutions to improve project visibility, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Provide expertise in integrating Workfront with Veeva and other systems.
Guide stakeholders through implementation, ensuring user adoption, training, and alignment with organizational goals.
Deliver documentation, recommendations, and transformation strategies to support long-term success.
Skills:
Workfront Fusion Architect expertise
Strong integration skills with Veeva
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities
Stakeholder management and user adoption strategies
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to lead transformation initiatives independently and collaboratively
Experience:
Proven experience implementing and configuring Adobe Workfront solutions, with a focus on Fusion and complex integrations.
Experience working with Veeva, particularly in integration contexts.
Track record of driving business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Experience in consulting roles with a focus on enterprise systems and project management solutions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
Nice to Have Skills:
Life Sciences industry experience
Experience in other regulated industries
Broader experience with Adobe ecosystem and Veeva platforms
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
