What are we looking for? o Bachelor or Master's in Business, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related scientific disciplines o Work experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience of leading and performing as a business transformation/ Data lead or advisor in BPO or service sector with hands on experience handling data driven decisions o Hands on experience in driving analytics using statistical tools like Minitab, Python and data automation projects o Experience in driving automation (RPA) and AI transformation o Project Management expertise and demonstrate strong understanding of Process modeling tools and concepts o Ideally a certified Black Belt from a reputed organization (on par with ASQ, BMGI, ISI, etc.) o GenAI and Agentic Knowledge Preferrable as well as AI LLM data training o Should be skilled in generating insights from large data sets, tailored to client requirements o Basic scripting knowledge to design simple macros or AppScript solutions independently o The person should be capable of building solution architectures for proposed initiatives with a focus on business outcomes o Understanding of Generative AI, AI, and Agentic AI fundamentals, with the ability to leverage these technologies in daily operations
Roles and Responsibilities: o In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads o Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams o Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
