Business Transformation is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving large-scale finance transformation programs for global clients. This leader partners with C-suite executives--primarily CFOs and regional CFO's --to design and deliver enterprise-wide transformation across digital platforms, Analytics, AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI etc. The role focuses on shaping multi-year transformation roadmaps, leading large teams, and owning client relationships and revenue targets. Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.

What are we looking for?

o 15-20+ years in Finance Transformation, Strategy Consulting, or Technology-led transformation o Proven track record in consulting or a senior finance leader in industry o Deep domain expertise in all the finance processes, controls, and reporting o Intelligent automation & AI for finance o Digital FP&A & predictive analytics o Cost optimization & margin improvement initiatives o Compliance, controls, and risk management o Data strategy, governance, and data management o Strong understanding of emerging finance technologies, digital platforms, ERP suites, analytics, and automation, SAP/S4 Hana, Oracle Cloud ERP, Blackline, High Radius, Coupa, Automation & AI/GenAI platforms o Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, CMA, or PMP o Exceptional executive communication and C-suite stakeholder management o Strong commercial mindset with experience leading proposals and building pipelines o Demonstrated ability to grow practices, develop teams, and build executive-level client relationships o MBA (Finance/Strategy) or equivalent from a leading institution

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Strategy and Leadership - Build and Execute transformation Roadmaps using technologies like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Blackline, Anaplan, AI/GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics. Lead multi-disciplinary global teams to deliver complex transformation programs at scale. Provide thought leadership, market differentiation, and point-of-view content on the future of finance o Program Delivery & Governance - Oversee global transformation programs across technology, process, and operating model dimension. Provide executive-level governance, risk management, and delivery oversight. Ensure delivery excellence across distributed and cross-functional teams. Lead transformation powered by AI, analytics, automation (RPA/IPA), machine learning, and cloud-enabled platforms o Client and Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders including CFOs, Controllers, and Finance VPs. Manage executive steering committees and ensure program governance and risk management. Lead business development discussions, shaping proposals, presentations, and commercial constructs o Leadership & Talent Development - Mentor and develop high-performing teams across strategy, operations, digital, and technology. Lead capability building in digital finance, analytics, and intelligent operations. Foster a collaborative culture focused on innovation, excellence, and client value o New Sales Pursuits - Drive proposals, solutioning, and commercial constructs for large deals. Build and grow Finance Transformation capabilities, assets, frameworks, and thought leadership within the practice
